Best way to get out of carving pumpkins!!

At first I thought, uh-oh--these are too small... but, surprisingly they still look pretty good on 'regular' sized pumpkins. My girls are 11yrs, 8yrs and 7yrs and they had a great time decorating completely on their own--not one lick of assistance required of me and nobody even got in a fight-super bonus. They were so happy with the stickers I got out of cleaning and cutting faces into the pumpkins. I know, boo me, but this was way easier, cleaner and made the pumpkins longer lasting-in fact they moved outside to welcome our Thanksgiving guests after spending a couple weeks inside to celebrate Halloween. There were plenty of different options in this kit with leftovers for next year. I will try to upload some pics from my phone to show the sizing. Definitely recommend for parents who either don't want the hassle/mess of carving pumpkins or are worried they may cut a finger off in the process (I fall into both categories). Next year I'm going to try spraying the pumpkins with glow in the dark paint first for a fun nighttime effect.

These were great fun. The pumpkins turned out cute and scary. ;) The package comes with two envelopes of each of six designs, so you can decorate a dozen pumpkins. They're very easy to apply. You can follow the instructions and make the faces they suggest, or you can create your own design. I highly recommend these. An added benefit is not having to carve the pumpkins, which is messy and rather difficult. With these foam faces the pumpkins don't rot quickly, like carved pumpkins do. Awesome product that I highly recommend. I loaded photos, so you can see how the designs they suggest look. Those pumpkins are large, for size comparison.

This is such a better alternative than traditional pumpkin carving. This is faster, more creative mess free, and no risk for injury while carving. I got these for my 3&2 yr olds since carving is not safe for toddlers. My kids were able to decorate their pumpkins well with my little help on where the eyes, nose and etc go. The stickers are foam like and stick well even after repositioned a couple times. It was cool watching a pumpkin turn into a cute character of it's own! I took off a star because each package was not labeled. I would have like that each package said the name of the character you can create with it.

My preschool students loved decorating their pumpkins with these stickers.
I only which you were able to identify which stickers were in which package without having to open the individual package. Also, I wish that their was only one picture in each package that matched the stickers provided, and not pictures for every sticker option available.
However, once we identified the picture that matched the stickers in their given package, my students were able to use the picture directions with ease to decorate their pumpkins.

Each face set comes in a little baggie. I took them out and punched out the pieces and assembled the little tiny decorative dots ahead of time because this was for my 4 year old grandson. The tiny pieces would have been too difficult for him to manipulate. But there were enough other pieces that he could have fun making the suggested faces or combining two or three kits for a silly face. It might be too simplistic for older children but it was just right for him.

The stickers in the kit stuck to the real pumpkins very well. There were a few that would not come off the backing and had to be discarded. All in all they were great, easy to use and created no mess. The kids even put the pumpkins outside afterwards and they held up well. Would like a little more variation in the face choices though. The kit comes with enough to make 12 pumpkins (2 of each face). I actually had the kids each pick a face to do and then opened up all the other bags and mixed them in a dish and let them do the other side of the pumpkin however they wanted to.
That would be "two faced", wouldn't you say!

These were great and you get a lot for the price. Lots of fun for kids who are too small to draw/carve pumpkins by themselves. The older kids and adults had fun too! My only complaint is that the pictures are small and each bag isn't individually labeled. I wish we'd had a colorful picture of each face, which would've made it easier for kids to copy on their pumpkins (it's kind of hard to visualize, especially because the stickers are on foam sheets in a way that fits the sheet, not in a way that looks like the face).
