This essential oil blend is my new favorite! The components in this blend offer so much more than just the breathing relief I need. I love Eucalyptus as it calms my coughing while providing antimicrobial effects against many bacteria. This is vital for someone like me with a compromised respiratory system. I hate to rely on prescription medicine for such a long term condition so this product will be a lifesaver.

This is my 3rd purchase of these oils and I must say for the quality and amount you receive they are fantastic! I suffer from severe chronic migraines, allergies, and asthma. Because of this, I am worse at night and I am constantly waking up or having bouts of insomnia. I have been so miserable beginning in November, I was ready to try anything to alleviate my symptoms, including stress and anxiety. I know the benefits of essential oils so I wanted to add these in addition to my preventive medicines. I researched many brands on Amazon and settled on these after the reviews and the variety of options available. I literally have at least one bottle in my office and one or two I mix in my humidifier daily. The breathe, sleep, eucalyptus, and lavender are my go to's, but I am sure they would all be amazing. Try them. I promise they do not disappoint!

I originally wanted to get this oil because it says it can help with snoring. My partner snores a bit, so I was hoping it might reduce it. Each night I have used it (one week) I would listen to see if he was snoring. Before he got to a point of snoring, I would fall asleep! I am certain it aided in my ability to fall asleep. If I can stay up long enough, I will post an update about the snoring. In addition to helping me sleep, I noticed it helps my partners sinuses the next day. He doesn't have to blow his nose as much in the morning! I have noticed nothing but good benefits from using this blend. It has a strong smell if it's close to you while sleeping - like Vicks. But if you move it a little further away, it works perfectly. I put it in our aromatherapy diffuser each night for a couple hours. Just a few drops. I'm quite happy with the results!
