I started using this particular product when my blood work showed low b12. I felt low on energy and also had mood swings. So far I am loving this product, I feel like I am getting my energy back. I take it each morning, first thing on empty stomach, with water. Size of the capsule is so small and easy to swallow. You can see it in the picture attached above. I am not a big fan of bulky capsules. The ingredient list is also small. I like products with low ingredient list. I’ll keep taking it. Highly recommend.
