Oh boy, where do I even begin with these digestive enzymes? It's like they hired a team of tiny wizards to work their magic in my belly!

First of all, let me say that I've always had a bit of a tumultuous relationship with food. I've tried every diet known to mankind, from "eat only green things" to "pretend you're a rabbit and munch on carrots all day." But no matter what I did, my poor stomach just couldn't keep up with my adventurous palate.

Enter these little miracle workers! I swear, it's like they've turned my tummy into a well-oiled machine. I can now eat a burrito the size of a small elephant without experiencing the usual aftermath of feeling like I swallowed a bowling ball.

I'm convinced that these enzymes are the key to unlocking the secrets of the universe. They break down my food so efficiently that I half expect them to start sending me postcards from my intestines, saying, "Having a blast down here! Wish you were as awesome as us!"

So, if you're tired of your stomach playing cruel tricks on you and sabotaging your love for food, do yourself a favor and get these digestive enzymes. They are the best thing to happen to my belly since I discovered the wonder of elastic waistbands.

Trust me, you won't be disappointed! And if you are, well, at least you'll have something to blame other than your stomach.

P.S. The only downside is that my food now disappears so quickly that I barely have time to savor the taste. But hey, small price to pay for a life without belly troubles!

The best digestive enzyme

I have IBS, which typically means a lot of bloating/gas/constipation/food sensitivities. I have tried tons of different enzymes and probiotics from many brands over the years and in some cases they help in the beginning, then lose their effectiveness, or I react poorly to them, or they do nothing. Usually at some point, I can no longer tell the difference between taking them and not taking them, so I stop.

These enzymes made a noticeable difference in the beginning and I reacted well to them. My digestion has generally been really good lately, but I'm taking several different things, so I'm not always sure what is having the biggest impact. I decided to let these run out thinking they might not be doing much anymore. Boy was I wrong. The symptoms came back immediately. The day I restarted these, the symptoms immediately vanished again.

On probiotics, I have found higher doses of specific strains to be much more effective than the common blends. For me, what has been most effective is 40B CFU L. Plantarum, 50B CFU B. Lactis, and 30B CFU L. Reuteri daily. I get these from Custom Probiotics for bulk pricing and the ability to easily take more or less with a powder form. I think it takes experimentation to find the right strains and quantities. For example, I learned L. Plantarum was highly effective for me when I made fermented pickles. S. Boulardii has been another great addition.

The final piece for me was eliminating sugary treats/soda/cereal that feed the bad bacteria. It's like a war zone with the probiotics when I consume that stuff anyway, so it isn't worth it.

I also highly recommend seeing a ND to test for things like SIBO/intolerances/overall gut health. I had to fix some foundational issues before moving on to bacterial mix.

As long as I'm consistent with that regimen and avoid certain trigger foods (mostly high FODMAP stuff), my stomach stays flat and I mostly don't notice the IBS.

I’ve been dealing with stomach problems for 5 years chronic gastritis constipation to name a few so I eat a strictly gluten free becuause gluten is horrible for ulcers. I recently bought a protein powder that advertised gluten free but manufactured in a facility that processes wheat and come to find out it was not gluten free. I bought these since the enzymes i had were from the same company as the protein powder and within just two days I felt relief from the protein powder that completely destroyed my stomach I will say they may give you diarrhea so id suggest start with 1-2 a day and see how it works for you.
