Ingredients

Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi) extract (seed and fruit) 250 mg. Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-4 times daily, with meals and 6-8 oz of water.
