Successfully used as a dietary supplement for astronauts on space missions, declared as the best food of the future and recommended especially for nourishing children, there's no arguing that spirulina is the ultimate superfood. However, spirulina is known to absorb heavy metals and toxins from its environment, so it’s absolutely vital to make sure yours is from a clean source.
SARI MEANS “ESSENCE” IN BALINESE
Founded in 2012, at Sari Foods Company, our mission is to bring you the essence of food. We believe that when our nutrients come from pure food sources, our bodies are able to thrive as nature intended.
IT’S IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE SOURCE OF YOUR SPIRULINA
The best way to ensure you are obtaining only the purest spirulina is to always make sure you purchase organic, this way it has to have been grown to strict standards and be cultivated without controversial fertilizers. Make sure your spirulina comes from a pure water source and that it is a pure strain that undergoes a proper drying process. Avoid spirulina that is grown using un-tested seawater or surface water, which exposes you to heavy metal toxins. Chemical fertilizers, pesticides, plus anything added to the end product are also to be avoided.
WE USE CAREFULLY MONITORED AND ORGANIC GROWING CONDITIONS
The growing and handling of our Spirulina involves no chemicals or additives. It is gently dried to preserve freshness, so there’s no need for any preservatives.
Our spirulina is harvested from natural soda lakes that are free of industry and pollution and is cultivated with pure desert water from 500m underground. This water is naturally free of environmental contaminants and is naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, making the conditions optimal for spirulina that is both pure and nutrient-dense. These growing conditions produce a spirulina that is free from heavy metals, toxins and radiation contamination and is fresh, clean and safe.
THIRD PARTY INDEPENDENTLY TESTED
We regularly test all of our products to ensure only the highest of standards and should you wish to see a copy of our test results, we would happily share them with you. The growing and handling of our Spirulina involves no chemicals or additives. It is gently dried to preserve freshness, so there’s no need for any preservatives.
