Very unhappy with this sweetener. I read that you can bake with monk fruit yes you can bake with it but as with other sweeteners it does not hold up in the high heat of the oven at all, It does work in drinks cold and hot but does not retain it's sweetness in the oven. I heated up water to a boiling point and put the monks fruit into the water and boiled for a minute it started to caramelize and tasted sweet I was very happy. So i made a small cheese cake and when it came out it tasted like I had forgotten the sugar. I wish these products would say they do not work in the over I have wasted so much money for nothing!

It's pretty good as a sweetener -- but it contains inulin, which has a laxative effect on some people (like me). It's hard to find pure lo han guo -- not sure why.

Purelo Lo Han Sweetener, is a Great safe sweetener especially for someone like me, with diabetes. No acid taste, no bitter taste. Thanks!

Love this product. Use it all the time in my coffee and tea. Sweet without the after taste of other natural products!

Tastes very good, but it's expensive. It's not a concentrated sweetener, so it goes pretty fast. Until it gets cheaper, I guess I will just keep buying it at this price. haha

this was my first purchase of this type of Lo Han. I was hoping it was sweeter, based on the small quantity and cost.

I bought this sweetener and it all stuck together in the jar, like cement. I have no idea why. I did not get any moisture in it. Total waste of money
