these treats killed my dog. They were recalled but still being sold on amazon. The chicken these are made from comes from China and is poisonous to dogs. It causes renal failure. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars trying to save my best friend but greed is what killed him. Why would you sell something you KNOW is going to hurt the recipient? This has been going on since 2000 and it took them till 2019 to recall them after killing over 5000 dogs in the US and caused serious damage to THOUSANDS of other dogs. My dog LOVED these, so I bought hem for him and it killed him. I will never forgive it. He was my best friend I ever had and I killed him by not doing my research. Dont trust Purina because it is an american company. They outsource from China and it is in really small letters on the back of the bag. No more purina anything for my other dog.

My mom brought a bag of these for my dogs the last time she came to visit, and I'm now obligated to continue buying them, because the dogs are ALL. ABOUT. THESE. TREATS. They know the sound of the bag opening and will come bolting and skidding into the room to snatch them out of my hands whenever it's treat time. It's good to know that I have some fool-proof bribe material on hand, but I admit I'm a little worried about losing fingers. I appreciate that you can look at these strips and see that they're just dehydrated chicken, and don't have a bunch of weird additives and fillers. They're a little on the pricey side as far as treats go, but for the quality and how much my dogs love them, I plan to keep buying them as an occasional snack.

There is nothing on the market I have found so far that compares with this product it only has chicken. The other ones are too chewy the dogs choke on them they have terrible ingredients in them. This is the best product for your dog they love them very much. I trained my puppies with these because they love them so much they will do anything I asked them to and now they are pretty well trained at the age of 7 months. I've used these on all my dogs in the past. One bag last pretty long I usually break them in half or 3/4 and I have four large dogs and I can go through one bag in over a month.

This is my two Pomeranians' favorite snack. I used to buy them from Walmart or Sam's club Itbut it's more expensive and they often ran out of stock. Now I subscribe it from Amazon and have it delivered to my house every other month. It is clearly printed Made In China on the package. My dogs can not read but they LOVE these tasty chicken strips. They have been eating these for over four years and never had any problem. I highly recommend this item.

Real jerky not ground up stuff

I hate it when I go hunting for jerky. Mostly all you can find is some ground up pressed blob of stuff. It has so many ingredient's and they add color, which my puppy could careless about, and they add flavor, which would not be needed if they only used meat.
Then if you find some they want way way more than it should cost. I make mine at home with skinless, boneless chicken breast's, but sometimes I just do not have the time so I like to keep some on hand. Now that I have found Wagon Train, and it's Made in the USA, I have more free time because I am not stuck inside watching the oven. I do have a very small puppy and I tear the strips up so the last longer and so Missy will not get over stuffed.

Bandit loves Purina's "Waggin Train Chicken Jerky". He will eat other jerkys but his response is not the same. I love that it contains no sugar or salt. It has only two ingredients which is why I starting buying it. During bathing or nail trims if he get restless, all it takes is a promise of jerky and he will stay still.
