Noor Reflection is a freelance blogger who contributes to her blog in variety of topics from self-help tips to recipes, to time management tips, poetry, book reviews, and other creative material. She is an emerging poet who writes both in Urdu and in English. Noor Reflection was born in Malaysia to the parents of Pakistan origin. She spent her early childhood in Middle East and later moved to Canada with her family. She completed her secondary and post-secondary education from Toronto, Ontario.

Her first poetry book, "A Purple Handbag" is the reflection of her thoughts on life, love, nature, spirituality and hope. She recently launched her second book "The Rising" that emphasized on the same message of promoting peace through poetry, daily affirmations and short articles.
