If you consider yourself very trendy, chic, and/or fashionable, then this might be the book for you.
If you are traveling on a budget, then this is probably not the book for you unless you live to window shop.
I gave this book 2 stars instead of 3 because the maps were difficult to read.
I found some prices that have changed already, but I think that's unavoidable with guidebooks. Just a reminder to always verify prices.
On the downside I don't understand why some reviewers leave some overexcited reviews on this book since its not really a milestone in history as reviewers try to point out...
So I clicked on some of the overexcited reviews and was left wondering of the quality of those reviews...
Why is someone buying all the travel guides of this series and hurray's on every single book as he did just find live on mars?
Could be a wrong guess, but i expect some of the reviews are made up.
But judge on your own.

Book is VERY enthusiastically written, but contains all the usual Paris travel guide suspects. Little to no original observations. Parts were outdated. Emphasis on hollow luxury. Read morePublished 22 months ago by Adam H. Graham
This provides useful information and wry--sometimes LOL--observations on the Parisians and their city. I recommend it for travelers to Paris.Published on April 24, 2014 by Amazon Customer
