I especially liked the section on developing a personal purpose. The author gives examples of personal purpose statements from people of every walk of life and guides the reader on developing their own personal purpose. I also came away with some great ideas on new activities that can add excitement and zest to our everyday experience. I highly recommend "On Purpose".
