I hope we get a book 2 someday with the ending we want, we need, but nevertheless, Sara Zook gave us a story that will captivate. Even as it breaks your heart.
Well she gave us the sequel in The Push. It was not exactly what I asked for, but the feels. Sara V. Zook knows how to make her reader feel.
I could not put this book down.I read it in a day. I want to tell you all about it, but I just can't. You have to experience it on your own. I can say it picks up right where it left off. Livvy is scared. She and Darin have been through so much and just wants the future they dreamed off. Will they get it?
You need to experience this story. Its emotional, but so worth the time.
I really thought Livvy was going to get her happy ending and the more I read the more I hated the author for putting Livvy through all that. She'd been in a coma for 7 years and woke up to find life had moved on without her...hadn't she been through enough??
WHY would you kill her hubby? and WHY wouldn't you let her fall in love again? I'm hoping there's a 3rd book :)
Love isn't always a fairytale and a love story doesn't always have to have a happy ending, although I'm hoping Sara gives Livvy one here soon. All in all it's a good story.

The Push continues directly from where The Pull left us. The story line held my attention and there was always something happening, but it wasn't over the top.
I won't give anything away as it is a short book, but if you've read The Pull, you definitely need to read this and continue the story.
As with the Pull, The Push is left open for another installment. And while it's not a full on cliffhanger, there is definitely more of this story to be told.
I look forward to reading what's to come.
Unable to lean on Darin anymore, Livvy turns to the next closest male and he's a character whom I loved. He is similar to Darin in some ways, but also completely different, but the familiarity offers comfort. I can't say that I have experienced what Livvy has been through, because quite honestly, she surprised me with her behavior, it wasn't what I expected. However, Livvy is unapologetic about herself and I do admire her honesty in that way.
I was under the impression that the story was going to lean a certain way, but part of me is relieved that it didn't. If this is the end of her story, I would be okay with it, but I am definitely hoping that maybe there can be more later.
Once I picked up this book I could not put it down. Sara V Zook has done a outstanding job once again. The Push picks up right where The Pull left off. Sara left most of us with our mouths hanging open at the end of The Pull. We wanted and asked for more and we got it. This is a very emotional read and tissue will be a necessity. (at least it was for me).
This story will not be for everyone, but I like variety. I go into each story with an open mind so this was a perfect read for me. Do I want more? YES!

I cannot wait for Sara V Zook’s next contribution to the literary world. This is the reason I started this blog and this is the reason I focus on Independent Authors. Absolute brillance!

Liked this story better than the Pull. I think there's room for another story after this book ends... Sad Livvy has to go through so many devastating things.Published 9 months ago by Lala
