Upon my behalf this is a very good study book that will help you understand the Sixth Chapter in the Book of Ephesians. There are many other Scriptures which are connected that show you how to put these together and bring them back to where the basic lesson on The Armor of God is being taught. There are many different people who have different opinions coming from their point of view in this book as well, however all of them are interesting. Chapter by chapter it takes you further and further into what the author is really trying to teach you. I am the first one to view its contents so I can only speak for myself. I think it is a good study book.
