About the Author
Jane is a former city girl, who was clueless about what was going on around her. After several life-threatening events she made a huge leap to homesteading from her cozy little existence of shopping, dining out, and traveling. Through personal experiences, and trials-by-fire, Jane has now made it her mission to educate others on disaster preparedness as a public speaker and as editor of “Survivor Jane – Disaster Preparedness for Women” her web-blog, discussing her experiences and preparedness topics in a more conversational tone. Jane has been featured on the hit television reality show National Geographic Channel’s Doomsday Preppers, German TV’s Galileo Channel and, in NEWSWEEK Special Edition: Off-Grid magazine. Jane has authored Where There Is No Cosmetic Counter, Emergency Survival Hygiene, and What Could Possibly Go Wrong, all sold on Amazon. When Jane is not writing or public speaking you will find her organizing for Prepper Camp™ , the largest annual three-day outdoor preparedness event in the country (www.preppercamp.com), or tending to the animals, gardening, preserving food, and enjoying life with husband, Rick Austin (creator of the Secret Garden of Survival book series) on their homestead. Puzzling Over Preparedness – Survivor Jane’s Prepper Word Search Puzzle contains 100 premade lists for everything you need to be better prepared for any disaster, all cleverly disguised as entertainment, and hidden within these word search puzzles. These puzzles are not all easy mind you … but then again your survival may not be either. - just sayin’.
