I bought this to use as a small monitor that I could hook up my Pi to and test things closer to my computer, and it's perfect for that. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Cheap, Has Remote, Easy to Use/Understand, Loud, SD + USB inputs, Comes with Base and Mount, No Batteries or Bulky Cords Needed, Very Bright

Cons: Doesn't Play Certain Types of Video Files (.AVI works), Display is a Bit Grainy but Still Nice, Not the Best Audio, Remote buttons sometime need clicked twice/three times if not directly facing the screen

Overall, I love this device. I have used it so far to watch movies/shows and I connected it with the RCA ports to my camcorder as an external screen. How can you beat it, an internal rechargable-battery powered LCD monitor for less than $50? I would recommend this for sure.

This really is a hunk of junk. Don't know why there are companies out there that make stuff like this. Wouldn't play the supposedly supported video codecs. Wouldn't run DVD player or Wii through AV-in correctly, just garbled image. Connects to my Atari Flashback 2, but resolution is horrible - "high definition 480x234" is some serious doublespeak. Aspect ratio is non-adjustable on this monitor. I'd heard of this monitor being used for Raspberry Pi, but I can't imagine how text would look on it. The sound is also locked to a certain volume on power up, which is in the middle of the total range, but is ear-splitting loud. Even on sound volume 1 the volume is way too loud. All in all, its true what they say: You get what you pay for. I strongly suggest avoiding this monitor. Ugh!
