I just received my PVNTT1 Classic Retro USB Phonograph/Turntable today and I am having the problem of the platter being too wobbly. It causes the records the needle to miss the record at certain points and skip. I tried adjusting the screw from tight to loose and had no success. I'm a little worried about taking it apart and not sure how to take off the Iron binder that keeps the platter attached. How can I fix this problem? The turntable is Brand new.Read more ›
