PGA44 Professional Full Size Classical Acoustic 6 String Guitar w/ Spruce Top The Pyle Pro PGA44 features an outstanding finish that will impress even the most particular of guitar enthusiasts. Only the choicest woods have been used to assemble this masterpiece, with quality craftsmanship to be found in every corner. It has been constructed with a beautiful Mahogany laminate on the sides, back, and neck, a Spruce laminate top, and a Rosewood Fretboard, all of which shines with a great depth and clarity. The advantages of building a guitar with different kinds of wood are surprisingly simple--strengths and weaknesses--what one wood lacks in one quality an other makes up for in its own right. Mahogany is a great wood, usually free from voids and pockets. The spruce is strong and stable, a good spot for the top of the guitar, where unneeded pressure is inflicted upon the guitar from the player's weight and sheer gravity. Conversely, the rosewood handles all of the finger manipulation required from the player--a heavy, thick wood. The PGA44 is a guitar that has been smartly built. Its 25.5” Classical scale makes it a great choice for beginners and professionals alike. It creates a rich and commanding sound, with long lasting tone and sustain. The Pyle PGA44 is an impressive piece of equipment, with looks and sounds far superior to much more expensive models. Once again, Pyle has put together a Professional quality piece of equipment at an affordable price. Pyle has been in business for over 35 years, and their manufacturing experience and expertise is easy to see - and hear.

All in all this guitar is a fantastic bang for your buck and from what I read online about guitars in this same price range (even +$75)I feel this is the one to have!
I purchased this guitar for $80 and it was well worth the money. I was taking a guitar class in school and rather than hauling my electric guitar and amp every day, it made more sense to just have an acoustic to carry with me.
My guitar teacher said for $80, you couldn't get one much better than this.
The only problem with it was the neck was bowed, but my guitar teacher also ran a music shop/repair shop and had that problem fixed for me for like $4. He said it wasn't even really a fix, because there is a nut inside the neck that you turn with an allen wrench to adjust the neck.
Sadly, this guitar died when I carelessly left it lying against the wall and my cat came and brushed against it. (That was after I had already gotten it repaired once, the first time was my fault)
That was all the more reason though for me to get a brand new guitar, one that cost a little more money.
