I instantly noticed the so-called "upgrade" in Q-tip quality at my local CVS, so I hoped that Amazon would have some old ones for me to stock up on. Unfortunately, these are the new ones too.
The cotton on the ends has been greatly reduced, and can no longer comfortably remove ear wax. It is also too little material to absorb enough nail polish remover to be effective - my sister is not happy.
The handle has changed from a sturdy paper to a flimsy plastic, probably hollow. Come on Q-tips, why make a "luxury" product comparable to store brands? And more so, why keep the prices to at least double? I will be contacting Unilever, and suggest everyone else to do the same.
