- INSTALLATION PROCEDURE：Perfectly Replacement for 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. who reported that it doesn't fit have likely not carefully removed the original Dodge threaded washer from the wiper motor. This is in addition to the original nut that needs to be removed. It took me a while to figure it out but it's all good now.

How to solve the question when you find the "hole is small ?
1 VP customer told: The hole is smaller than the original one and it can't be put in,Looks like an exact replacement. Used a nutcracker/splitter to remove old sleeve from shaft of wiper motor. Easy installation after sleeve removed. A replacement nut and a dab of antiseize would have improve ease of installation".
2 VP customer told: Just received this replacement arm and had to do a bunch of digging around to figure out how to make it work. The hole that slides over the shaft is smaller than the original because the shaft on my vehicle had a knobby collar pushed onto it that the original arm hole fit over. Apparently there is/was a design change and this collar must be removed to make this new replacement arm work. After reading through Dodge forums I found someone with the same issue who said he used a hack saw or a dremmel to cut the sleeve, top and bottom, and it came off in two pieces. I gave it a try and it worked like a charm. After, the new arm fit perfectly and I just had to tighten up the nut.

For the folks that said they had to drill it out to make it fit, it's possible that the reason was due to the tapered aluminum sleeve that is molded into the OEM plastic mount staying on the motor shaft when removing the stock wiper assembly. That's what happened to me. The stock mount, being plastic, is molded around a tapered aluminum sleeve. That's the portion of the stock mount that comes in contact with the tapered motor shaft. If you get any corrosion on the shaft/sleeve, they'll stick together, as was the case with ours. Penetrating lubricant didn't help, and I didn't want to risk damaging the motor, etc. by simply using a vice grips. With heat (compliments of a MAP gas torch), I was able to heat the sleeve up. It then came off with a twist. Just be careful you don't get carried away with the heat! After removing the sleeve, this mount fit like a glove.
Next, the wiper blade that is included with the kit is ~1 1/2" shorter than stock. Really, you ask? Yep. Not sure how they can screw that up, but they send a short blade with. So, I reattached the stock blade (which as 165,000+ miles on it, but still works fine).
Lastly, the plastic cap that they send to cover the mounting nut doesn't fit correctly. When snapped into place, it's angled down towards the rear, causing the front of the cap to overlap the mount itself, making it look like the parts weren't meant to work with each other. To fix this, I did two things: 1) I shaved off material from the front of the cap (where the contour meets the mount itself); and 2) I removed a small amount of material from the tab inside the cover (towards the back) that snaps down over the mount. This allowed the cover to not snap down as far, and alleviated much of the angle issue.
So, if you don't mind a shorter wiper and parts that need tweaking, then this is your kit. If not, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Will update again if anything happens, but overall I am very pleased with this purchase for the price!

Does it fit perfectly like OEM one at 100$? = No, but it fit, it is easy to install and it is working,
Do the wiper blade is high Quality? = No, absolutely not, it is a summer wiper blade, pretty useless for Canadian but I will keep it as emergency spare, and I was not surprise about this considering that a correct wiper blade cost near 12$, at the price that I paid for the wiper arm, I take the wiper blade like a gift, like other sellers give fridge magnet
