I bought the 2-pack of this filter. This is not the first time I have bought after-market filters, but it is the first time I have bought this particular one.... and it will be the LAST!! One of the filters was faulty and water would not filter through. I figured I wouldn't be getting any refund, so I tried the other one in the package. So far it is working just like it should... fingers crossed!! So, in the end, it wasn't much of a bargain as I paid $35 for ONE filter!!

I used this filter previously and it worked well. When it came time to replace it, I reordered. The replacements will not lock into the receptacle in the refrigerator. I tried for an hour, no go. Something is off in the design somewhere.

Does not work on my Kitchenaid. It's the same part number but it will not click in. Doesn't matter how hard I push it in, tried different angles, tried for 15 mins and it leaked everywhere.

I'm not a scientist but understand by looking at reviews that these water filters are effective in removing almost all of the potential contaminants that could be in our water here in central Iowa.
I drink a lot of water and bottled water is very expensive. I can taste the minerals in tap water, but this refrigerator filter works so well that I am saving lots of money because I no longer need to buy bottled water. The water coming from my refrigerator is fresh and clean without that mineral taste.
They are easy to install and remove. Pure drinking water is inexpensive and very accessible when using these filters in my Whirlpool Refrigerator
