Simple dry-erase planner

I use this board to remind myself of the main events/goals coming up in my week, and it works okay in that regard.

The board is nothing too fancy, just a dry-erase face mounted on some cardboard with magnets attached to the back. The marker it comes with also has a weak magnet in the cap, so it can stick to the board itself or a nearby magnetic surface. However, this marker is kind of thick for the space allowed, so you can't write too much. I bought some fine line dry erase markers for this reason. You can find them on Amazon for less than $3.

I have some complaints in regards to the construction, which feels very cheap. 90% of it is cardboard. My board came curved, so I had to lay heavy books on it to bend it flat just to stick on my fridge. I'm also not quite sure why the space allotted for Monday and Sunday are half the size of the other days, which I find a little frustrating.

All in all, this is a fairly inexpensive and simple dry-erase planner. I rated 3 stars because it's an average product that does what it's supposed to do, but doesn't do it great.

I bought this magnetic board to help me organize my dinner plans from day to day. I think it is the perfect size to put on the fridge and it has 3 large magnetic trips which hold tight when the door opens and closes. The marker has a magnet on it too but it holds now but is wobbly. I think I will keep it in the drawer anyway. If my review and video are helpful please thumbs up. thank you

Sadly, not impressed after less than a week. First, the magnets aren’t strong. The worst is wiping after just 2 days leaves color behind no matter the brand of dry erase marker. Dry erase cleaner spray doesn’t clean it up either! What a waste. This will look awful in another week.

This little board is the perfect size. I can easily keep track of my family's multiple schedules for the week, which is hectic and changes frequently, without taking up the entire front of my refrigerator.
There are spots for all seven days of the week. The days of the week are printed on the board, and there is a small space to write the date. The weekends are highlighted in gray. There is ample space on each day to write what I need to write.
The board has magnets on the back, both on the bottom and the top. It sticks very nicely to the fridge with no sliding.
It came with a black dry erase marker. The marker writes very smooth and has an eraser on the top. The board cleans right off when you wipe it with the eraser. The eraser top has a magnet so you can attach the pen to the fridge. Unfortunately the magnet came off within a day or so.
I bought a pack of markers in assorted colors. I assigned a color for each person in the family, and use the red one for important reminders. If I am really motivated I draw little pictures on the board.
I am very satisfied with the purchase. Really helps me keep track of my week at a quick glance.

I read the reviews before I bought it and there were some that said it wouldn't erase, so I didn't use the marker that came with it. Instead I bought the ones right next to it in the picture for $4.99. I'm confident that I did well. It erases perfectly. I wish there were a note section for my grocery list, but I'm happy with it.

Magnets hold up to constant locker door slams without even sliding down. Wipes clean after a year of dry erase sitting on it. Only flaw is the cardboard medium used between the board and the magnetic strips. As 1 of the 3 strips did not withstand being removed from the locker without tearing at the corner of the first layer of card stock.

Terrible. Pulled the template out. Marked the holes. Didn't line up. Compared template to board, didn't line up. Drilled another hole. Fit this time. Took down to let kids color a picture for mom for birthday and 1 hanger stayed on the wall. Taped it on for now. Put it back up for the moment. It fell and both hangers stayed.

Pros: perfect size to envision 4 months of your schedule.. it has enough space in the boxes to write out the events. The pen holder at the top is perfect spot not to lose your marker.

Things to improve: a eraser holder would be good. Four hangers at the back as oppsed to two would help reduce the bow on the board

Cons: the board bows towards the center making it tough to hang. The hangers at the back are very cheaply glued on. In fact the bow is so strong that it rips the plastic hanger on the back.

Packaging: very aweful packaging. The board edges had some sort of oil when it came in.. it's slowly drying out.. the back hangers in fact fell off as soon as I open it out the package.

The mechanism to hang it is laughable. It only uses two, difficult to place, screws to hang like a picture frame. The flimsy material makes it somewhat warped towards the bottom where the corners curve away from the wall. Makes writing on it at the bottom really annoying. I’m going to drill two more screws right through the thing at the bottom corners to try and fix it.

Considering the price it’s not a bad purchase, but I would consider upgrading to a magnetic board with the comfort know it would hang true.

A good quality whiteboard that looks sleek and stylish up on our fridge. My only complaint is that sometimes the marker will leave a small mark that cannot be erased, no matter how hard you rub with the eraser. In these situations, even a damp cloth doesn’t seem to do the trick without a lot of elbow grease!
But this is a minor quibble, as the whiteboard is a good purchase overall.

I hesitated trying this whiteboard out but I am glad I got it! Thankfully it didn't arrive dented like a few other reviewers had experienced. The simple layout is great and really helps organize my calendar. The marker easily erases off and doesn't leave stains like on cheap whiteboards. I am very please and I didn't even realize it was magnetic! Also I didn't use the wall sticking feature as I don't want to risk damaging the wall, so I opted for a nail instead. Decent price!

The first calendar I received was dented on the side, so I returned it and ordered a new one. The new one came without mounting hardware - even though it states in the description that the hardware is included. Quality seems okay - but worth more like $15-$20 in my mind not $30.
