At first this bed was great for the price. I had left an original review of 4 stars when I had used the mattress for a little over a month due to it being firmer than advertised and not incredibly comfortable. Since sleeping on it regularly, the bed has begun to actually hurt my back more and more. After less than a year of owning this product there has been a noticable impression being left in the mattress at all times. I rotate the mattress regularly and both sides seem to have this impression around my midsection. I'm not a heavy person - 6' and about 175 lbs, so this shouldn't be the case so soon.

It's beginning to give me an incredibly uncomfortable sleep to the point where I'm up in bed throughout the night. In fact, occasionally I'll sleep on the couch instead of the bed because of this. I was hoping the price point would be a decent compromise, but this just goes to show you do get what you pay for.
So I'm not sure everyone will have this same experience, but be warned that this mattress may not be the best one if you have a little more of a budget and want the mattress to last longer. I am currently in the process of researching other mattresses as I do not want to continue using this one.

I am so impressed with this mattress. We just moved internationally and left our old tradition spring mattresses behind, it was simply not worth the cost of moving it. I decided to purchase the sweetnight because of cost and convenience, I ordered two, so they would arrive on the day of my arrival to an empty house, how Convenient! (my move will arrive in 45 days by maritime container). I was blown away with the quality of the product and better yet the quality of my sleep!!! Granted we were exhausted but the consensus was unanimous in the house. My two kids slept in one mattress and my husband and I on the other, we all loved it. I could not wait the 72 hours, we slept on them after 10 hours of opening... I can’t attest for the longevity of the product, but a week in and I couldn’t be happier. I’m never going back to spring mattresses again.

UPDATE:
5 months in and this mattress still gets 5 stars from me. We ended up purchasing one more soon after initial purchase for my son, we now have 3 of these and everyone loves them. I have had several guests sleep on them and they’re blown away too.

I have dropped thousands upon thousands of dollars on a single spring mattress before, you know when you walk into a mattress store and haven’t a clue so you buy the third most expensive one in the joint thinking higher cost , higher quality. That was me . Don’t get me wrong, I liked my old mattress, got 7 reasonably good years on it, but memory foam is much much better. I like a soft , luscious feel , my husband prefers a firmer bed. On a regular spring , we always had to compromise. Somehow, this memory foam gives me the soft , supple feel I like and the support my husband likes. It’s amazing. I reiterate my earlier statement, I’m never going back to a spring mattress.

So, I recently embarked on the painful adventures of my sciatic nerve. This made sleeping on my aged but 4” memory foam topped mattress impossible. I shopped the furniture stores for a suitable mattress but the price tag left me shell shocked. So entered the decision to buy a mattress in a box. Why not?

The mattress was delivered quickly! Probably faster than the furniture store could have. The size of the box had me wondering just how on earth was a mattress inside?? Then the magic began.

Even with a hurt back, the unpacking was easy and fascinating to watch a full size mattress come to life. The instructions say to wait 72 hours for the foam to fully revive. I did... impatiently... with one quick comfort test in day two. Ooo... nice!

Today is finally day three and the mattress is on my box springs. It is taller than my old mattress and pillow top. 5 stars from me! Firm enough but squishy! I can’t wait to finally sleep.

Update: One year later already! I have zero regrets about this purchase. Bed is still as it was on day one. No dips or grooves in the spot where I sleep. Still just right.

I bought this mattress three weeks ago, it came in a box and it wasn't difficult to unpacked and put on the bed frame. It was a bit heavy but even can do all by myself. I have to say that I love sleeping on it! and I don't want to leave it in the morning ha! so be careful about getting up late :D This is one of the best buy online for me.

We’ve been shopping around for a new mattress for a while on the market and after visiting multiple brick and mortar stores we found gel memory foam mattress was our favorite but the price tag was just too high. Therefore, we turned to online retailers and I am so glad that we did it.
12 inch provides perfect level of thickness and structure as recommended by many people that I talked to. I am 5’9” and 185 lbs and this mattress supported me very well. I appreciate the firmness and support it provides. It made me feel refreshed in the morning. I no longer feel back pain I believe caused by my old sagging mattress.
At first we thought it might be hot to sleep on a memory foam mattress but man I was wrong! Whatever material they used to make this thing is breathable so it doesn’t make me sweat.
It came in well packaged and fully compressed. Make sure you move it to bedroom before you open it. It pops up in a couple minutes. No odor or chemical smell. We have a platform bed and it fits perfectly. It looks pretty high class as these we saw in mattress store but cost a lot less.
Overall it is a great purchase and with its high quality I believe we can enjoy it for many years. Cheers!

I purchased this mattress for the guest bedroom. I have had friends and family visit and everyone loves this mattress. I have also purchased two of the 10” Sweetnight mattresses -one for my bed. I would not go back to a mattress and springs. I read the other reviews before purchasing and they were right. It eases back and leg pain and greatly improves sleep.
