Now it's a good little book thats written well and laid out in an easy to follow manner. And you guessed it there's a but... The recipes are simple quesadillas with slight changes in each recipe. Also it would be nice to have a low-fat option these are all very high fat, well not everyone is on a diet or diabetic it would be nice to have considered them.
Lastly I think that each recipe should have had a picture of what the end product should look like and although this book has some pictures it doesn't have a picture with each recipe and since Im a visual person that was a negative in my mind.
Cons: I am a very visual person and find that pictures are extremely helpful when it comes to recipes. While the book does have a few pictures, I would prefer to see one with every recipe. Most of the recipes were very basic (this could be considered a pro for a lot of people), with sometimes only minor variations from one recipe to the next. However, I would like to point out that, while basic, I did find a whole bunch of new ideas to try out.
Bottom Line: If you like quesadillas, and sometimes need some inspiration when it comes to dinner, then this is a great cookbook to get. If you are already brilliant in the kitchen (unlike me - I can cook a good meal, but need a little help when it comes to throwing things together), then this cookbook might prove to basic for your needs.
Here is one navigation hint for Kindle for PC on this particular book: If you start the book at the "Beginning", the TOC is bi-colored and is not hot-linked, but if you go into the body of the book, then use the button to access the TOC it is one color and IS hot-linked, which makes the book much easier to navigate.
