As for the content, I would have liked to see more questions on contempt, but that's just something my prof focused a bit more on (e.g. Civil/Criminal, jury/judge, summary/non-summary). I also found a few of the questions a bit poorly worded, therefore I rolled my eyes at the answer because I didn't pick up on some nuance the author intended. I can't remember a specific example, but nonetheless that didn't happen too often, so don't be deterred by the first couple of chapters where you may encounter more of that.
If your professor hasn't provided many sample multiple choice questions (like mine didn't), this is a great book to cover the bulk of the course. You'll need to do extra review of your notes to hit the more specific or nuanced aspects of your prof's course though.
