So I purchased this book to improve my interview skills. All my jobs in the past have derived from connections or internships where I was able to come in as a student and demonstrate my strong work ethic and skills. The unfortunate part is that I have very little experience in interviewing for a real career position on my own. It is important to be flexible with the ideas given.

This book was a great read and still very relevant. It reminded me of things I was forgetting to do during my interviews that cost me the job. I used this book for the first time for a very competitive job I really wanted and got it. Feed back from my new boss was that I kicked everyone else's ass in the interview process.
