If you don't like something, change it.
When you are changing something, you have more choices than you think!
Some of the advice is age and gender specific, but plenty is not. And it's easy to skip, say, the make-up chapter if you don't wear make-up.
friend / older sister / parent / the-lady-on-line-at-A&P who is "There for you" all the time. Laurel thinks of everything & offers great advise. Easy reading & enjoyable. I'm so glad I ordered it!
This book brings up so many points that we just never have the time to think about during college, about post college life. It made a lot of the dynamics about being a new "grownup" that could have been a HUGE surprise (and that I've seen BE a huge surprise for many of my friends recently) MUCH easier to handle.
This book felt like my little best friend while making the transition into post-college life! Definitely turned to it amidst a melt down or two!
