About the Author
Terry Crawford Palardy is a retired public school teacher who is now living happily ever after with her husband of forty-three years (so far!) Since retirement, Terry has authored and published several books, all of which can be found at her Amazon author page. Her current endeavors involve volunteering with the Friends of the Georgetown Peabody Library where she schedules and hosts local authors each month. She is the Company Clerk for Erie Fire Association No. 4, Inc., the oldest still functioning privately supported volunteer fire company in the United States. Terry also works as a member of the Alliance for Georgetown, an organization formed to support business development in town. Terry is the owner and operator of Terry’s Thoughts and Threads and enjoys selling her quilts and tea cozies in the space she shares with her husband, Rick, in their Wooden Toy and Gift Shop next to their home. They are among many in town who have sadly missed the local general store known as “Cressy’s”, and so have recently opened a Quilt Shop within their small business to stock and make available fabric, notions and a love of needlework for their community. Both thoughts and threads will be available there. You can visit Terry at her Author/Quilt Shop website, www.terrycrawfordpalardy.com. Rick’s woodworking can be seen at the www.woodentoyandgift.net site.
