I felt like this was the next step in reading a Kiyosaki book. Kiyosaki gives you the hoo-rah and chutzpah to go through with investing in real estate with very few of the HOWs and "okay, what the heck do I do now?"
Dustin Heiner is about the opposite. He's all about action steps and guides on how to make these statements become reality. That's about all I lookfor in a book like this, so it was up my alley. Look, we already know we want to invest in real estate and make money passively and in recurring manner. Just tell me HOW, not WHY.
I knew about 25% of the stuff from this book, and everything else was pretty new to me.That's a great value if you ask me. He makes it sound simple - it's NOT, but the framework really is as he says it is.
It's also risky and only works for a certain subset of people, but if you're interested in this book... well, that's you. And this book gets you where you want to be.
