I have purchased the clock and had trouble with it. The customer service was so kind to send me the new one and it works well and looks beautiful on my wall.
Also to ad, the clock is completely silent. You don't hear ticking like in old clocks. Just great overall!

The colours on the clock I received are all "off". I ordered it because of the bright yellow and other, more vivid colours. The clock I received doesn't have those colours - its more washed out - dull in comparison to what is shown on the internet.
