Top Customer Reviews
Some reviews allege that the FTDI chip in this product is not genuine. I don't know whether or not that is true, however the adapter has worked perfectly for me over the past month on Windows 7, using the Arduino IDE and it's included drivers.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the product is not Windows 8 compatible, so be aware of that before purchasing.
All-in-all the Qunqi FTDI USB adapter is a great product, it serves its purpose nicely. I will continue using it to program my Arduino boards.
The converter works because good engineers designed it before it was copied by the Chinese. This will cause you some headaches in installation.
