As a corporate change-management agent I can simply say that I love this book. Why? Because I saw and sometimes even witnessed or even helped big players develop their code of ethics maybe even printed them and handed them to every employee or put them up on walls! Yet, when you don't formulate them in a practical operational manner plus implement repetitive daily habits for people to use them ongoingly you change... NOTHING! This book shares a practical system to use in every corporation - small or big - to create a value based culture which allows employees to work with joy and loyalty while raising the bottom line. The growing success of the Dwyer Group and their franchisees proofs the book's philosophy to work. I admire the Dwyer Group and Dina Dwyer for their groundbreaking work! I'm not a franchisee nor have any affiliation with them. I just wished more company would build their success on positive values instead of greed. This book is one powerful blueprint to do just that!

An excellent overview of the Dwyer Group's Code of Values. The elements of the Dwyer Code of Values are similar to the B-Line fundamental princlples that we established during my tenure there. Dina Dwyer illustrates with real life stories and examples of how the Code was developed, how it is lived and how it underpins everything they do. A great book for inspiration and balance."
