Now for the replacement (green display)... again, it's a good clock, but the front plate is upside down, as shown in my picture. I was going to return it, but everyone in the house found it funny, so we're keeping it. It's really only for our TV stand since FIOS doesn't have clocks on their new cable boxes. As long as it tells time; it's fine.
Weekend is here! Let's set the alarm back an hour to 9 am:
Slide the switch on back down to program the alarm. Hit the hour button next to snooze. Slide the switch on the back to the middle position. Great we've done it.
But wait... I accidentally slid the switch on the back to far after arming; the clock is now in program time mode. The alarm goes off at 9am Saturday morning just like it should. I fumble around for the snooze button and hit the hour button right next to it in the process. Now the clock thinks it's 10am when it is really 9am. You can guess where things go from here.
I really wish that programming the alarm and clock were separate switches, or at the very least that the non-programming state wasn't in the darn middle so you could more easily guarantee programming is off, especially in a groggy state.
