Not What I paid for!! Scratches/Scrapes everywhere!

Product arrived with NO BOTTOM to the packaging box, I literally cut the straps and lifted the entire box straight up to reveal the product. The bottom was just a piece of foam.[[ASIN:B00P84EVMQ RCA RFR321-FR320/8 IGLOO Mini Refrigerator, 3.2 Cu Ft Fridge, Black]] There are scratches and scrapes on EVERY SIDE of the product. This must have been something from the 'scratch and dent' division of wherever it was originally purchased b/c it is NOT NEW. VERY disappointed!!! I paid for a new product and received something either used or too scratched up to sell to someone who is viewing it before buying.

I ordered this fridge for my classroom. I was amazed, it is perfect. It was well packaged and true to picture color. I was concerned about what the inside looked like because there were no photos on Amazon. So I included these hope it helps. I want to switch the way the door opens and haven't found any instructions on how to do that but I know it is a feature. Best purchase for price and COLOR.... everyone that comes into my room asks how I got it that color.

I’m really not happy about the amount of dents all over it. I got this during Prime Days and didn’t need it until school started so I didn’t unbox this until I took it to school the other day. I kept it in the box so it would travel easier to avoid getting damaged en route to school. I read the reviews about the dents but figured after the multiple complaints this issue would have been resolved by now. Clearly not. Had it not had the crazy dents all over it, I would say this would be a 3-4 star refrigerator. But I can’t provide anything more than one star for a dented up refrigerator that should have been resolved by now after the amount of reviews that discuss the dents. I’m now past my return period and I’m stuck with it. Word of advice, if you purchase this open it immediately.

Overall this is an average refrigerator. It arrived dented. It had 5 dents on it. The box contained no damage upon arrival. It has an average storage capacity. The door has limited ways to store items. It’s a little loud when it’s on. It has a dull hum and can be heard from across the room. This firdge was delivered damaged on the outside and inside. The noise level is very poor and loud, temperature control, the top of the fridge overheats, freezer control does not freeze good either.Reviewed in Canada on August 9, 2021
I had some lemons and avocados on top of the fridge...When I went to get a lemon it was warm...? I touched the top of the fridge it was hot as were my avocados. I removed everything to observe if it was the items or the fridge...It's the fridge, overall the entire fridge needs improvement.
IMPORTANT thing to note as Prime members when requesting to return products be aware they have restrictions on what can be returned even though on the ordering page it does NOT say the item your purchasing is non-refundable. As prime members you have 30 days to review/return items your not satisfied/damaged. In my case this fridge is damaged, I contacted them within 24hrs of receiving this, we are day 10 with no resolve to refund and return. This is not a bathing suit, undergarments or perishable food.

After waiting almost two weeks to receive this product, I was very excited to see that this fridge finally arrived today. This item was to be the highlight in the upstairs common room. It was also going to allow me not to have to run up and down the stairs several times a night to the kitchen to get milk for my youngest daughter. When the item arrived, while the color was just as vibrant as in the photos, there were several serious dents in the rear right corner of the fridge. Furthermore, the back of the frame was so bent out of shape that it scratched my new hardwood floor when I moved the fridge into position. From the packaging, it was not obvious to me whether the fridge was damaged before it was sent through UPS or it was damaged during transit. I had not noticed any major damage to the packaging before opening the box but from the size of the dents, it would seem that the fridge was dropped from a decent height. I did plug the fridge in and it seems to work fine despite the exterior damage. It is also pretty quiet when running. The interior of the fridge is quite spacious and well designed. In going over the previous half dozen product reviews for this item, it is interesting to note that one of the previous reviews also indicated that they received a fridge that was dented. But unlike that prior customer, my fridge will not be going into the garage. I plan to request a refund/replacement as I do like the product itself. It would appear that there is a quality control problem either at the seller or the delivery company. I have been shopping on Amazon for years and I have never had to return any products but trying to ship back an item of this size and weight will be a real inconvenience.
