Not one of the three cameras purchased is working correctly. 1st cameras won't take pictures for more than one day or about 10 pictures. Tried re-formatting the SD cards, same result. Tried new SD cards, same result. Instructions suggest that you may need to use SD cards from Leupold approved manufacturers which can be found online; except that it can not be found. First camera that I have used that is that finiky about the SD cards. Took one camera to work to see how many pictures it would take and it seemed OK; put it back in the woods, same result (NO pictures). 2nd, Two of the cameras have the IR filter stuck in front of the camera, so all pictures are in B&W. For a period one of those camera had the filter 1/2 in front of the camera now its just suck in the IR position. Tried to contact Leupold regarding these cameras, and no response. Two of the three cameras have been replaced with Moultrie cameras that about 6 years old, but they work; and the third on should have been because it took 10 pictures in a month. 3rd, Controller is not any better. Software locks up and the only solution to the problem is to remove the battery; no buttons work. Not power ON/OFF, nothing.
If this would work it would be a really nice system, because you can download the pictures from camera to controller and not have to rotate SD cards. Camera 3 will be coming down at first opportunity, and not likely to go back up.
