Full length with 32 chapters. Yes there will be some sex scenes with the Dom/Sub play but it's not alot, there is a story but with a touch of sex. Drama will be non-stop especially for Carmen and when you hear her history and what she is always thinking about and you'll know why. Also drama with mystery, who is wanting to hurt or do worse towards Carmen and Rex and what that connection is towards Carmen's mom's tragic car accident. Secrets of who is the connection to Rex's dad, his mother and the real reason there was a divorce on up to the present.
The only thing that I have a problem is there were times they were over description of certain places.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Now that the will had been read, he found himself co-owning his childhood home with his step-sister. He was much more interested in settling his feelings about her than taking over the estate. He establishes a unique buy-out proposal which Carmen reluctantly expects. As they work through their relationship, they both find that the deal he proposed was insufficient to settle the claims, especially since their emotions had now gotten mixed up in the deal.
There is a significant plot turn that has to do with Rex’s father’s mistress, who proves to be a vengeful bitch. To see how this all work you must read this book. It is well written and you get a very good understanding of the characters and their motives. You will keep turning the pages trying to figure out if you had really figured out the ending … which you probably haven’t.
