The product was well made: comfortable fit, separate off button, carrying case, metal earbuds (I think) with magnets, tells you the battery life, and has a 3 year warranty, to which I think it would of held up through if you took care of them.
For how expensive they were I was expecting them to be a ten times better then the $30 Philips ones I'm currently using, so for that reason I'm going to return them.
The sound on these are quite good. Vocals sound great, the highs are controlled, and the bass is solid and still pumps while being controlled.
Battery life is solid but nothing special.
They connect fairly simply but I've had earbuds that connected easier.
The fit was not perfect. While they wouldn't just fall out of my ears, they would every so often lose their seal which became annoying.
They are slighty heavy because it is made purely of metal. This is a good and a bad thing since they wont break on you easily but at the same time are not the best to exercise.
These buds sound great and I would definitely use these for casually listening to music on my computer, phone, or if I wanted to, watch videos. They do not favor one specific genre of music so they are a great pair for anyone who enjoys all types of music. The fit could be better so they dont get the job done there but overall these are enjoyable to listen to.

I have even tried sealing the charge port etc with electrical insulation tape but the ingress still occurs leaving it dead, unresponsive and unable to be switched on
My strong advice is don’t be tempted, it’s is with great regret that I have to say, don’t touch these under any circumstances. The customer services are also awful at coming back to me. I have given them every opportunity to resolve and the best that they came up with was offering to upgrade me to the wireless ear buds, but at my cost. They wanted another £90 just to provide me with something that SHOULD work
Thankfully I have gone back to Amazon for a full refund which I can now spend on something fit for purpose
So, why do I love these so much then, if they don't *sound* particularly mind-blowing? Here's the rundown: 1) I get pretty much exactly the advertised battery life from one charge when listening at a reasonable volume; 2) they're sufficiently light and the neckband is made from such a comfortable material that I honestly forget I'm even wearing them sometimes when I've switched them off and left them hanging around my neck, no scratching, no soreness, no annoying bumping of the band against my spinal column; 3) the Bluetooth connectivity has been superb for me thus far, only had them lose connection once that I've noticed and I had wandered quite some way from the device I was using; 4) the same as with my previous pair of RHA earphones, I find the weight and balance of them to be such that, with the right size tips, they stay firmly wedged in my ears for a reasonable length of time without having to bother with those awful fin attachment things to anchor them in place (I can't stand how they feel or how fiddly make putting in and taking out the earphones). All in all, I couldn't be much happier with anything else at this price point and may well consider upgrading at some stage, although not sure I like the look of the neckband on the more expensive models.
It doesn't pop out of my years until my sweat gets inside my year.
Bass is adequate but not much as sony's. But for me it's more than sufficient.
Talking about sound quality, I must say it's a pro the middle and lows are crisp and vocals are clear even with heavy instruments playing in the background.
Voice calling is the best. The receiver never complained me about any distortion or fading of voice.
Google assistant works flawlessly. Kudos for that.
I feel the battery life is great. I usually use it while running or while going to buy groceries. I charged it once in 3 / 4 days.
Built quality is very good and looks composed.
The drawbacks I found as a runner are:
1. Should have given wing tips or grip to silicon tips.
2. Carry case should have been hard cased one cause I feel the pouch is too flimsy and small in size.
I previously had a fantastic pair of RHA 750i's a few years back (note: same eartips!) and was very impressed. However, these did seem to be quite the step down from both, for differing reasons.
The neck stays/danglers are annoyingly large and look out of place. They're ugly and should be flat.
Control buttons are VERY hard to press.
Bass is almost non-existent, a shame.
Battery life is a bit pants. Nowhere near my (now dead) BeatsX.
Super comfortable in-ear fit for people with small lugholes.
Great isolation from external noise, BUT read above re: bass.
UK company. Good to know you're 'Buying British'!
It would also be nice to know why these are not being actively marketed/supported by RHA on their site - An Amazon-only/budget product?
Additionally, I've noticed a strange artifacting on occasion which manifests itself in the occasional blip/crack in audio. I'll need to do some further checks before potentially returning. Maybe it's bluetooth interference - Who knows.
What I want to see in the next pair;
Open charging port without the flap.
Less extreme bends to cabling in packaging.
Redesigned and smaller danglers.
