From the manufacturer
Handmade dynamic driver (model 560.1).
The handmade dynamic drivers used in the MA750i (model 560.1) have been designed to deliver a clear and natural sound. Featuring high quality components, the drivers are capable of reproducing audio with exceptional power and precision.
Noise isolating, premium, in-ear headphone with remote and microphone
Using RHA's Aerophonic design, the MA750i is constructed from individually machined stainless steel components. The handmade driver and over-ear fit ensure remarkable sound reproduction and a comfortable, noise isolating fit.
Each MA750i driver housing is formed in the RHA Aerophonic shape from machined, high density, 303F stainless steel for outstanding durability and sonic performance.
Made for iPhone
A three-button remote and microphone is included on the MA750i cable to offer complete control over calls, music and volume with compatible Apple devices. Some remote and mic functions may be supported by Android and other smartphone devices, dependent on model, generation, applications and software versions.
RHA's unique Aerophonic design is engineered to efficiently channel sound from the high performance dynamic drivers into the ear. The shape is inspired by the airflow properties of a trumpet's bell, allowing MA Series products to deliver full frequency, authentic sound reproduction.
Included with the MA750i are six sets of RHA's dual density ear tips for a comfortable, noise isolating fit. The ear tips feature a softer outer layer for comfort and blocking against exterior noise and a firmer core to ensure a tight seal. Also included are two sets of double flange and two sets of memory foam tips.
The MA750i feature over-ear cable supports designed to position the cable over and behind the ear. The cable supports offer a more comfortable, secure fit and help deliver effective noise isolation.
The 1.35 meter cable used for the MA750i is inspired by high end audio cables, featuring oxygen-free copper cores in addition to stainless steel reinforcements throughout.
3 year warranty
The MA750i has been designed and engineered to deliver the highest standard of build and audio quality, which is why it is covered by a comprehensive three year manufacturer's warranty.

Physically, they did get a little tiring.
I would rate them 5 stars except for build quality. The design, while the speaker-housings are strong & made of stainless-steel, the rest of the product cannot keep up with the sturdiness of the earbuds. The cable is not on parr, & separated from the mic/remote in the first week of use. Also, they were a little unwieldy, more so than other similarly shaped headphones I've owned... I think this is due to the weight of the earbuds in relationship to the cables.
If their primary use will be super gentle, I do recommend these... they sound amazing & the RHA people are helpful & honer the 3 year warranty. They sent me another pair before asking me to send my first pair back!
I am not sure if I can say enough good things about this IEM. The sound "puts you in the conversation" of over the ear headphones costing hundreds, and hifi/home in the thousands. Except you can take it any where, wear it while doing activities, while doing a great job of isolating you from the outside.
Package and build: 10 pairs of tips on a stainless carrying tray, zip up case, thick strain relieved cord, stainless Y-join, connector and housings. Over the ear wearing position with included cable clothes clip.
Sound - great extent high and low, slight bass bump but not in the mid-bass (like beats and bass head style) these are more like the gentle house curve most use for high end home theater EQ. Bass impact is clean, tight and engaging. Sound very open, one of the better soundstages I've heard for this style of headphone.
Direct comparison to Shure E4c (I own): The E4c is a well regarded single balanced armature design IEM, isolation as good as possible using foam tips due to thin body and deep insertion. It has a great midrange, and has quick response, but honestly doesn't hold a candle to the MA750s. The bass rolls off steeply and the mid and upper treble is lacking. The MA750 uses a very well designed micro driver which honestly sounds like a perfectly set up high end stereo speaker setup. Outshining the Shure in every way other than possibly a narrow midrange vocal range....might be better here as well.
Direct comparison to Grado SR80 (I own). Perennial favorite open style headphone. Loved for its engaging sound, great detail a nice bass response. Tendency towards brightness. The MA750 again compares very favorably. Bass extend is better, better upper mid treble control, smoother with less sibilance tenancies without losing much if any detail. Most surprisingly was how close to the open airy sound the MA750 come to the Grado...I honestly didn't think an IEM could sound like this, really losing nothing to an open headphone or stereo speaker setup. Unreal.
VS- Audio Technica ATH-M50 (non direct, friends). A lot of folks darling. A nice enough headphone but to me sounds like what it is, a closed phone. It is a bit dark, recessed highs. Very uncomfortable for wearing with glasses.
Sound wrap up - engaging, great extent, nice bass impact without a midbass hump, clear detailed highs without sibilance. Sounds like a high end open headphone or high end well setup home stereo, but with 20-25 dB isolation (not quite Shure good here).
Usage - good enough sound for critical listening (enough gushing....), isolation supports public transit, airplane, vacuuming, etc. Over the ear design, comfort, build and cable clip - works great for yardwork (yep even mowing), various workouts at the gym, house chores, jogging.
Very very highly recommended. My single favorite audio/home theater/sound related purchase.
After about two years, the silicone wire covering started to fall apart, exposing the wires. I dealt with it for a while, and eventually contacted customer service. This is roughly 2 years and 8 months after purchasing the headphones. I contacted RHA, because these headphones had a 3 year warranty. They responded to my emails extremely fast (within a few hours, or less), and after providing a screenshot of my Amazon invoice, mailed me a new pair.
I would gladly purchase from RHA again. This kind of product defect is difficult to foresee (the premature breakdown of rubber/plastic products), so I would not place the blame on cheap components. The customer service was excellent.
I purchased these after returning the Klipsch R6i's after finding them on Inner Fidelity's Wall of Fame. I was very unhappy with the R6i's, bass was muddy, mids were repressed, highs were piercing and clear, but had no real "feeling". Possibly the worst instrument separation of any headphones or speakers I've ever heard, even after a 72hr break-in with all kinds of music.
These are so much better, and for only a 10% increase in price. You don't get the iPhone controls, but RHA offers that at the next price point. You also get ten earbuds in a slick stainless steel plate holder, and a leather pouch with a zipper to carry everything. And the pouch is actually big enough to fit everything in (roughly wallet-sized), unlike the pouch for the R6i's.
These aren't quite as clear in the highs as the R6i's, it's more of what you'd expect for a dynamic driver, but they aren't as fatiguing. Aside from that, they sound great. Clear and punchy bass that accurately represents the instrument that created it. The soundstage is very good for in-ears; with some songs it's easy to think the sound is coming from parts of the room you're in. The mids are somewhat warm. Highs are defined and accurate but not painful. With the R6i, turning the volume up helped the sound, but the highs were so sharp that it hurt. These just sound better and better. I wasn't aware these were an over-the-ear wire type headphones, but I'm actually glad they are. They're very comfortable, I suppose it could get annoying if you wear them for long periods of time, but with the right size earbud (I use the foam type) I rarely have to push them back into my ear because there's no weight on the bud itself.
Build quality is 8/10. The earbuds, knurled plug and Y joint are good, but I feel like the design of the buds didn't follow through with the wiring. Certain plastic bits could have been covered better or designed in a smoother, more flowing way? I'm not sure. Most people will see no problem with it. They feel solid, and if they're taken care of, they should last. The laser etching could have been deeper, or better, CNC engraved. It doesn't stand out that well.
I was looking for a pair that matched the Audioengine A5's and Audiotechnica M50's I have in terms in sound quality. Anything close to the A5's would have made me happy at this price point. These are 8/10 on any scale (to me) with no EQ, and 9.5/10 as far as in-ear headphones with no EQ settings. I doubt I'll even use the M50's much, because these are so immersive. These are headphones you take care of and keep for a long time.
