This is what advertised. Very good quality. Another good think is, what I bought came with 110v/220v 60Hz/50Hz power adaptor. Please see attached photos what I received. You need min 6 hous to build. It is not very easy to install but also not very difficult.

I purchased this robot for a non-profit organization with a building class for ages 12 and up. Noticing the advanced kit and being impressed with its technology, I bought the only one before it was sold. I received it today and took it to him. The look on the director's face baffled me; he said I have never had one like this; this is awesome. Thank you for having it because of the benefit of learning to build and program advanced technology.

A little pricey but what a great kit! If you want to get into robots this is the kit to do it with. You can build many different robots and program them to do many things. Robotis, Inc has a pretty good web site for support and ideas.

The product itself is of good quality, however the support from [...] and robotis.com (Korean manufacturer) needs much improvement. I spent three days sending emails and trying to talk to a "real" person that knew one end of a USB cable from another without any luck. I think I would have had better luck getting in touch with the Pope!

When describing the problem in a detailed email I received a reply from Robotis USA which asked me to send pictures. At one point I was even asked to make a video of the problem. Seriously, I'm an engineer/scientist who can speak and write the kings English. The people at Robotis USA also appear to speak English yet they appear to lack a basic understanding of their own product. Product support is more than answering the phone and saying: "Hello, this is Robotis".

The software/doc's section of the Robotis website is a mess. It contains outdated documentation with multiple repeat links to the same software!

In summary: A good solid product if you are already familiar with the Robotis way of doing things. Be prepared to spend a lot of time doing a lot of web searching to find the answers to even the most basic of questions.
