Wow!

I've always seen people wearing these rings but have never taken the plunge until recently when my metal band began feeling snug. I like the fact that I can wear it daily without the need to take it off.

I can even wear it while working out, something I was skeptical of but now I'm a believer!
I chose the wrong size initially and reached out to customer support. They quickly responded and sent me another set within the same week!

I was looking to replace my wedding band for work/gym purposes. My metal band gets in the way as a contractor, and also doing floor work at the gym. I ordered these as an inexpensive alternative. Well i ordered the wrong size, 100% my fault. I contacted them about returning, and getting the right size. Customer service was extremely helpful, and responsive. They told me not to worry and sent it out right away. I have been wearing these rings for about 3 weeks now. I love them! I don't even feel the ring during the day at all. Works great at the gym and never slips off. There are grooves that allow the right to breathe, preventing moisture from getting trapped. I highly recommend these rings, and this company!

We received our rings but they were too big. We contacted the customer service and they were very helpful in getting us the correct size of rings. It only took a few emails and our replacement rings were in the mail and I was told not to return the bigger rings and to 'gift' to someone we care for. Such nice people to deal with!

UPDATE: the seller got back to me and said they had issues receiving emails which is now fixed. They got me one size smaller, which is actually a perfect fit. (my original ordered size was just ~1mm smaller than the indicated size range but was still too big). Very courteous replies and prompt service. Very happy to wear this one when I'm wrenching on vehicles or riding motorcycles, and I've updated my rating to a 5.

I used their sizing guide and ordered slightly smaller than my current ring size. The rings I received are quite loose and won't reliably stay on. I emailed support@roqaction.com twice and the email got bounced each time. To the seller: Happy to update review after getting the right size of rings, but your contact email is not working!

I tried the string trick, and I guess didn't have the string tight enough. The rings I ordered were slightly big, so per the instructions included, I emailed them. They had a smaller size shipped to me (for free) within just a couple days! To get the size right the first time, I would make sure you pull the string pretty tight when measuring your finger. These rings have a little stretch to them, so it's better to be too tight than too loose, in my opinion.
