I contacted the seller because I thought it was a mistake but they said that they left it like that “on purpose” to be special! They also claim it is “green” which is obviously not (see photos, the unpainted pair and also the one on the left from the three).
I thought that was a funny excuse but again didn’t wanna go through the hassle of returning a 10 dollar purchase so I’m going to paint it myself and use an all-purpose water sealer in place of the glaze because in the current raw and porous condition you can’t put any soil or water in it.

Love these little pots! Exactly as described. Came super safely fitted in foam, so even though the box came dented the pots were in perfect condition. They even have drainage holes, which is perfect for succulents that don't like to sit in water. (Note the plants in this picture were purchased from Fat Plants San Diego)

These are really cute. They were packaged well and none of mine were cracked. Yes, they are small, but if you know how to work with succulents, you can fill it with all sorts of cute little succulents. It's better to do it that way, with different varieties of clippings, rather than buy a succulent at the hardware store which is most likely too big. I haven't planted them all, but here are two.
