Used these a couple of times a week for several years, until the handle fell off the biggest size, which, unfortunately, is the only one that's really a "standard" size, maybe a little on the small side. Sometimes I use the others for one bite cookies or lunch-box biscuits, but really, the biggest one's the one I use the most. I've used it for about a year without a handle but really, it's time to replace/upgrade.

Can't cut big biscuits

These cutters are ok but definitely not what I expected. I make biscuits often and I like them to be big and fluffy. I've used a large glass to cut my biscuits for years but decided they will rise better if I use a cutter. The largest cutter in this set is not a normal size, much less big enough to produce a nice big biscuit. I would use this set for making appetizers but it is useless to me for anything else.

I make homemade buttermilk biscuits nearly everyday and I purchased these biscuit/cookie cutters to replace a biscuit cutter I've been using for over 40 years. When cutting through biscuit dough, it's very important that you don't twist the biscuit cutter when you are cutting them out and these are quite sharp and fine enough that you don't do that. If you do twist the dough it makes your biscuits tough-in fact, the more you handle biscuit dough, the tougher the biscuits will be. Just cut straight down and DON'T twist! These cut right through the dough. I also used them when I made Butter Cookies and they cut right through that dough, also. I've seen the same 4-piece set priced at $25.00 at seveal other places so this is a bargin. I'm just very pleased with them and wished I had ordered them long ago. They will last a life-time. The are very well made, handle beautifully and are sharp enough to cut through the stiffest of doughs.

These stainless steel biscuit cutters are wonderful! I have used them to cut brownies and biscuits. The height is perfect, and the 4 different size options in the same package cover all bases. Easy clean up, no rust, packaged with paper in between each cutter. What I can't figure out is why I didn't buy these sooner.

The biscuit cutters seem fine, but they were much smaller than I expected. Unfortunately, when I went to return them, they are NOT RETURNABLE. I even went back and looked on the product description and could not find they weren't returnable after a quick look. Definitely feel duped because these are way too small for any biscuit I will be making so they will not be used.
