The wife ordered with biscuit dough in mind, but the fork is a little light for that. Still looking for a use. I'm sure it is great for something. Not knowing, that's my fault.     Many decades ago, this fork was produced by a company called Foley, and it has been a huge hit in the kitchen ever since. Some folks call it a Granny Fork. Julia Child mentions it in her shows also. The vintage ones you find on eBay are good, but eventually will start to lose their chrome plating and will rust (I have one).

    This newer version has a better handle (grippy), and the chrome plating is MUCH better. I bought one of these almost 5 years ago and it is still going strong in my kitchen. It has no issues being cleaned in the dishwasher either. I consider it an essential utensil. The value for the money is there. I’m surprised they haven’t started charging more for it due to popularity.
