All of these questions and more will be answered perfectly by Rabbits for Dummies. I have been using this book for 10 years. It helped me successfully raise a rabbit who lived to 9 years old, despite genetic illness. Every vet we visited was shocked that she had done so well, given the circumstances. I credit this book with providing me with ongoing knowledge needed to be a successful pet owner. Now that I've adopted a new bunny, I bought the latest version and it's still guiding me through the cycle and teaching me new things (not to mention refreshing my memory on training and body language).
