Every time I read a new book in this series, I'm convinced that THIS one is my favorite. But in truth, I have enjoyed them all. This one was a perfect blend of thrill and mystery, with a perfect amount of comedy sprinkled throughout. I'm curious to see what will happen in book 6!
The parties were staying in Salmouth (seaside town) & Kingsgate (town).
Mr. Ben Agnew & Mrs. Mary Agnew (wealthy Americans) wanted Haz to find their missing daughter Ashley Agnew (20).
Haz had seen the missing girl in Salmouth yesterday.
Haz & Sabrina went to tell the parents Ben & Mary Agnew who were also staying at The Eagle Hotel that they had seen their daughter at the Salmouth Inn (restaurant, bar).
Haz, Sabrina & Cindy Ambrose (artist, Salmouth Inn, waitress) were going to do their very best to find Ashley Agnew.
Detective Chief Inspector Harmison (37+) was asking Haz several questions.
Haz, Sabrina & Cindy were posting leaflets on the missing girl.
They were also going door/door making inquiries.
Trudy (18, Frank/Cathy’s daughter, college, help) was helping also.
Frank was the landlord, co-owner of The Swan (motel, restaurant, Kingsgate) & Cathy his wife ran the kitchen.
What did Vincent Leighton (gay) reveal to Haz?
Later he was found beaten to death in the mudflats.
Haz & Sabrina were also diligently looking for Zeb Collins (local poacher) in/around the area of Kingsgate. He was nowhere to be found.
Ashley (Ashley Rhodes) was finally found. Funny thing is her parents had been dead for 13 yrs.
Zeb was later killed also.
Why were Vincent & Zeb killed?
What is the mystery behind Ashley Rhodes?

A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written who-dun-it crime mystery book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a huge set of very unique/colorful characters to keep track of. This could also make another great who-dun-it crime mystery movie, or mini TV series. Continued on. Another very easy rating of 5 stars.
