I bought the RR-40 ramps because they have a long slope that clears the front air dam on a Miata (see photo) and aren’t that egg-crate-style injection-molded plastic that I’d never trust my life with. Instead, they are American-made and are composed of a surprisingly stiff foamed plastic that seems to be exceedingly strong and tough. The ramps provide enough height to access the oil drain plug when using a quality mechanics creeper (see second photo), which will be my primary use for these ramps. They have a surprisingly low weight and spoon together for convenient stowage atop shelving (third photo).I couldn’t be happier with these and would recommend them for family and friends in a New York second.
Just got them and just drove my 2016 Hyundai Veloster up onto them without any issue at all. The angle works. Does NOT hit.
They're the easiest ramps I've ever driven up on. They don't move at all when driving up, or back down. A breeze to use solo. I was on concrete.
I have some Rhino Ramps, but I've never felt comfortable with the molded plastic-like material and ribbed structure underneath. I could always see portions bulging which I didn't like even though I used jackstands in conjunction with them.
These are solid, heavy-duty foam or foam-like material. Solid material all the way through. No ribbed structure supporting the load. Solid. They are very light, about 6 pounds each.
They're pretty amazing. The 7 inches of additional clearance gained is great, and you can get that in a matter of a very few minutes.
They're more expensive than most ramps I've owned, but the way I look at it is that I'll have them for the next 20 years or more, so the cost per year is incredibly low, and the amount of cash saved doing my own maintenance and repairs, not to mention the convenience, is WELL worth it.
I used the info in one of the product pics to determine the 40 inchers would work for my car.
You wedge a yardstick under the front tire (pointing straight forward), angle it up until it hits the lowest point of the bumper/structure, measure from the end of the yardstick to the ground and if it's 10.5 inches or more, they'll work. Mine measured about 13 inches.
If you can afford these, get them. I wouldn't hesitate once you know the angle works for your specific car. The quality and strength are built in.
So I've used these ramps several times to lift up my Toyota Sienna (about 6,000 lbs) to install a hitch and some other work and it's been rock solid and no worries at all when under the minivan. I only wish they were a little bit wider to make it easier to get the car up the ramp as the wheels just barely fit the width of the ramps so require more care in placement when driving the car up them. Awesome so far (although to be honest I probably won't be alive to edit this review if they fail on me though).

I bought this to remove the bumper on my '02 Civic and it did the trick. I placed these ramps on the concrete surface of my garage and I drove up them without any skidding or sliding of the ramps. Car went up just fine and I felt reasonably comfortable with the car on the ramps, although I was careful not to put my head/chest under the bumper for very long at all (just it case!). The bumpers at the end are high enough to not cause worry about accidentally driving off of them and there are handles attached to the ends to make it easy to carry them. I like how these are "solid" foam rather than the mostly hollow plastic Rhino ramps that I would not trust to drive a car onto. These come in a nice cardboard box that you can store them relatively compactly which is nice. Not cheap but these seem to be the best non-metal ramp option.
I decided to spend the money on these after the unbelievable high ratings and reviews it received and i have to say I'm a believer now. I bought because i do almost all the maintenance on my Pontiac G6 myself and my garage is really small, so before i would have to jack up one side and remove a wheel in order to have enough room to do simple things like oil changes because my car only sits about 7 inches off the ground normally. I took a picture and added it to the amazon images for this item and i could move a milk crate under the car and still have about 4-6 inches before the top of the crate touched the bottom of the car. that's quite a raise over the stock height and even with the jacked up one side i couldn't get the car that high. something i did find useful before i purchased these ramps were to look up on the actual race ramps website to see how to measure your car to see if you need the 40", 56", or 67" ramps. one thing i noted as soon as these things arrived is for how big they are they are light as a feather. they really feel like a giant foam ramp but have the feel of that 'grip tape' that you can buy at the stores WITHOUT the part that actually marks floors or anything it touches and doesn't has that 'sticky' feel after it is touched. these are truly a top quality product. proudly made in the USA. I would buy these 100 more times if they were ever lost or stolen.
edit: I have owned for a little over a year now and have used these around a dozen times. I bought another car, a Tahoe and work on that frequently as well. I think these are marked 1500# for their weight limit. I'm not 100% sure but I think my Tahoe exceeds that or is very close. Gross weight of that is around 5300 pounds and with this front end supported on these I would think that around 60% of the weight is in the front leaning into these ramps. That's over 3000 pounds then, and they still work. I am still happy with them. Easily worth the money and a must have if you do a lot of car work yourself.
edit 2: I have had these now for over four years and are still in love with them. I have used them countless times on dozens of car maintenance jobs and they have still held up. I still recommend them to people when they ask me about them because they are amazing.
5.0 out of 5 stars
Worth double this price.

The natural grit built-into these ramps mean that they don't slip and dig in to the surface they are placed on when driving up on them with my Honda Civic Touring. They feel very safe, are solid, but also extremely light-weight - perhaps only 10 pds each. Nevertheless, they feel very solid and I have yet to find any review from anyone who was concerned about their safety. They just clear my Honda - a car with a very low front end. I'm sorry I didn't purchase these sooner - they are a lot easier to use than jacking up a car every time you want to change oil or work on undercarriage parts. I use to have metal ramps, but these are ten times better because they don't slip like metal ramps when you drive up on them. The logo "Race Ramps" is very prominent on the side: the neighbors laughed when they took note of the label. I just smiled and told them the ramps helped me to race to get the job done faster.
According to race ramp's angel of approach calculator it should fit with room to spare but It was a little snug on my 2013 C300 and may have scrapped the underside of the spoiler but nobody sees that anyway. Bottom end of spoiler was 5" off the ground.
Odd, as the angle of approach on the C300 was 19.4 degrees and so the RR-40 ramp, with a angle of 16.7 degrees, shouldn't been that tight but overall it worked great!
Really sturdy ramps. I haven't used others before but this props up my GrandPrix to a high enough height to allow me to work on it. No buckling or dents.
