- Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2021My cats have become super picky in their old age, I had to move them to a wet food diet as they have a harder time with dry.. The only foods I could get them to eat were $1 for a tiny serving, (Lil Soups, and Delectables Pouches) this was a VERY costly diet, I got to the point where I'm spending more money on cat food than my own, but it was all they would eat.
Amazon ran out of both, so I ordered a selection of other foods and hoped for the best.
This food is the winner, it's a much bigger portion (more than double) for the same price, and they love it, it's real food, and the ingredients seem clean and healthy, I'm really happy I found these, they save me money and are healthier for my cat.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2020Rachael Ray wet food helped fix our cat's diabetes! Seriously. On regular dry and wet food, our cat gained a ton of weight, and ended up with diabetes. 2 shots per day (ok, we should have resolved to give her only 1 final shot...) but we are soft hearted and decided to try to help her. We fed her ground up boiled chicken breast and sprinkles of taurine. She slowly but surely lost wight, and got off insulin.
We tried these Rachael Ray wet food cups and she has kept her wight off - stayed healthy and is 18 years old!
If we get another cat we will start them off and feed these to them exclusively.
These are not cheap, but they are truly cat life saving food!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2020My Tonkin twins love the meats. So I meats my boyz with some tasty chicken yum yum. NO complaints. If you clean up after your cats when they're done eating, then small pieces of dried chicken which may resemble bones when dried, are not an issue. The complaints i read must have been in regard to the tuna/seafood.
Do the math/division. Think about your cat and the trash on the shelf at the dollar store. Think about the no hassle prime that ships at cheaper cost on a subscription. Your cats aren't going anywhere. So subscribe now and save. This food looks and smells like chicken sunday dinner.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2021This cat food smells like people food. My cats wouldn't eat it because they are use to the cheaper food. I think anyone should try it for their cat however, because by smell alone it seems like it is a much better quality then most of the other popular brands. I only wish I would have given it to my young cat when I first got her. It seems healthier and does not appear to have any junk in it like the cheaper brands.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2020I have fed my cat other foods, but the RR chicken is the only one she will eat time after time after time...
Subscription pricing is a good bit cheaper that I can get in the stores, unless its on sale at the store. Then it's a little cheaper at the grocery store. (abt .75/ea here...1.09 at my publix, but sometimes bogo sales makes it abt .60ea w/tax... 20% or more than $7 savings)
I receive this by subscription service and on this last shipment I noticed that there is a packed date and expiration date of 1 year later. The couple cases I just received in December 2019 expire in Jan 2020... So not sure if Amazon is getting a deal on old product to increase profit of if this was just a fluke. I'll see what happens next time. If Amazon is going to keep sending me 11 month old product I'll probably just go tell my local publix manager to order me a few months supply next time there is a sale.
I would recommend this product (RR 2.8oz size wet cat food) based on my cat's response. Been feeding my cat this product for well over a year I believe.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2022I have 4 cats and have been feeding them this for years and years and years. I have had it delivered monthly from amazon for around 4 years maybe longer. Over the last 18 to 24 months the quality has become inconsistent. Several cases had food that smelled bad. Also certain expiration dates seem to be a problem. None of my cats will touch any of the food no matter what plastic tub I open. I have received a few subscription deliveries with the same expiration date and they won't touch any of them. Also amazon frequently has delivered smashed boxes and almost never pays any attention to the "this side up" labeling printed on the box.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2020My kitty is highly allergic to cat food. Her ears turn pink and she scratches them. Her stomach is sensitive too. I finally found a soft cat food that she can eat and loves very much. Her ears are not turning pink due to infection now. I feed her half each morning and half each evening. I also sprinkle in some grain-free dry kibble. She is pure white with blue eyes (very pretty). She is also deaf and I'm told that white cats often have skin sensitivity. She is now so very happy to receive this food. I use sign language to communicate with her due to her being deaf. After much experimentation, I finally found a food that works.
Thanks Rachael Ray.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2022We adopted 2 kitties and we wanted to give them the best wet food but within our budget. We did some research and this ranked 4th! We are so happy we found Rachel Ray Nutrish- food is actually chunks of meat, no grains, and our kitties looove it! Previously we fed them Fancy Feast broth and whenever they go use the cat litter it smells so bad! Once we changed to this Nutrish we noticed that the cat litter doesn’t stink that bad anymore! We feed them one cup to share in the morning and one at night.. in between we give them kibbles. They’re so happy with their food!
