I'm not usually a complainer, but I want to register my mild dissatisfaction.
First, I find this to be a very high quality pot, the non-stick coating is extremely good and still very, very effective even after months of near daily usage.
My complaint, as others have noted, is the ill-fitting lid!!!!
I have tried (gently) bending the metal and it still fits quite poorly. I actually kinda sits on the pot rather than positively sealing Though slightly better, after "bending" it is still not stable. This is a problem for me, because I very often store 'left-overs' in the pot I cooked them in and the lid makes a very poor seal and is apt to fall into the food if it is accidentally nudged in the 'fridge. This means you have to wash/dry the lid before you return it to the 'fridge. You also have to be careful whilst cooking lest it tip into the pot.
When I first encountered this, I was concerned for the overall quality, but fortunately the pot itself is excellent. It's the first pot I've ever encountered that you can just toss spaghetti into, not bother stirring at all, and it doesn't stick together. That is amazing.
**Will post pics of scuffling soon**
Other than that, it's a great and versatile pan. I made a huge pot of chili in it and also soup & stew. Love to make Martha Stewart's ONE POT PASTA in this pan. Make sure to use silicone, wood or nylon spoon/utensils so as not to scratch the non-stick interior.
