Rick is offered a job on the other side of the state and their life brightens, but Jordyn’s health and the health of their baby humble the couple to believe and trust. Their love is forever and their faith is strong regardless of what live brings.
Ms. Blare has layered this novella with the many aspects of life and situations involving the other characters in the story beyond the young couple. It is a sweet and touching story.
They must humble themselves believe and trust when it comes to the health of their baby and Jordyn.
It is a beautiful story follow as they learn to trust each other and their faith in God. Something we all need to learn.

I always enjoy Renee Blare's books, and "Racing Hearts" is no exception. Loved it. Her characters are always endearing, but Ms. Blare nailed the immature, self-absorbed attitude of twenty-year-old Jordyn. However, we are allowed to watch this self-centered, whiny-baby mature as she encounters stress and trials God uses to turn a twenty-year-old girl into a woman.
Love Rick and could visualize this young half-breed, over the top handsome man sacrificing self and treating his wife and life as God instructs men to treat them.
Great story! And true to all of her books, Ms. Blare gives her Deep South readers a healthy dose of ice, snow, and all things freezing. Five Stars!
Sailing along on top of the world, thankful but not really praising God, the rug is ripped out and everything comes crashing down. Still thankful? Crying out?
In Racing Hearts Renee Blare skillfully walks us through events that show how much we need to rely on God, no matter the circumstances good or bad. Life-and-death He is to be praised.
I cheered, I cried, I laughed, I even wanted to crawl inside the pages and take care of Jordan and Rick as they went on this roller coaster ride.
I give racing Hearts five racing stars
