I saw this movie back in VHS days in 6th grade. It was so cool to watch all the BMX riders doing stunts in the opening credits. It makes you want to do those same stunts. It has one of the best movie soundtracks and Lori Loughlin at her finest. What more could you want?

Ok, from as an overall picture, this movie is pretty cheesey. Some of the lines and acting are bad, and Academy Award winning actress Talia Shire is flat. Ray Walton and Lori Lauflin are in this too, they are slightly better.

Now that's out of the way, the bicycles, the stunts, even the actual professional BMX riders are in this are incredible. Even the former President of Mongoose acts in this. If you raced BMX or Freestyled, read BMX Action, BMX Plus, Super BMX, this movie is for you. It will take you back to a simpler time, when the BMX rage was in full force. If you were just a casual kid in the 80s with your Mongoose, Hutch, Patterson, Redline, GT or a host of other BMX bikes and did the tricks, talked smack with your friends defending your bike brand vs theirs, know the difference between Z rims and Tuff Wheels, this IS your movie! Now I want to reconstruct my Mongoose Pro Class and go jump something!
