The fan I received was clear and had the original ATI logo (not the one pictured). The power wires had an adapter on it for a larger plug, which I didn't need, except that without the extra length from the adapter, the plug didn't reach the fan connector on my All In Wonder 9800 Pro. I made it work by removing the plastic plug from the card and plugged the fan directly into the pins. Annoying, but when you're dealing with 20+ year old PC hardware, there's much worse.

The worst, by far, is that the insulation on the fan wires almost immediately cracked. Not enough to be a problem for now, but I'm sure it would be if the wire is moved around much more. Fairly disappointing overall, although I had no issues with the mounting holes lining up.
